Karachi Operation world's best targeted operation: CM Sindh KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah said on Wednesday that the Karachi Operation — initiated in 2013 — was the world’s best targeted operation because there was no loss of innocent life. The chief minister Sindh made the remarks during a meeting with Foreign Service Academy’s delegation. Murad said that under the National Action Plan in the province, 1,028,218 criminals were caught while 1,258 were killed. “The Karachi operation would not have been a success without the support of the citizens,” said the chief minister Sindh.
